Ten Wenshan Tea Extension Center was founded on August 14 , 1978 , By The Taipei County Farmers' Association(including Hsintien Area Farmers' Association、 Shenkeng Country Farmers' Association、 Shihding Country Farmers' Association、 Pinghsi Country Farmers' Association、 Pinglin Country Farmers' Association、 Hsichih City Farmers' Association, etc) , with the further assistance and support of the Taipei Conuty goverment . The Center was established with the aim of preserving the tradition and promoting the further appreciation of Wenshan Pouchong Tea .
